Red Flag System
Nudity / sexual reports take the person off Square, Feeds, and Groups immediately. Confirm keeps them off VPL. False report restores them. If a case is trafficking-deep, use Refer to authorities — VPL does not auto-file that report; you send it to the official tip line.

Beta Tester(s) Management
Review beta signup requests. Temporary code VidPlaza-w-Vy creates pending requests only. Approve to generate a personal code for each user with a 30, 60, 90 day, or Permanent access window.
Check users to remove from beta management and move them to the regular experience. They receive a one-time in-app notice with VidPlaza contact links. Active testers you keep stay in this list.

Soft bottom popups (Live, friends, stage, safety). Turn off entirely, or choose how long they stay. Current: 7s.
Toasts off: soft messages are hidden. Sticky Live/safety alerts may still flash briefly. History still records what would have shown.

VPL Performance
Knobs for this device when the stage feels heavy. They do not change your room’s seat count, and they do not change anyone else’s screen. Current: Balanced (defaults).
Cuts extra motion and chrome paint so video stays steadier on this device.
Hides extra people on this screen only. You and sharescreen stay. Does not change seats. While you send Live, VPL still includes everyone.
Paints the Live send less often (15 instead of 30). Destinations stay in sync; motion is a bit less smooth. Takes effect on the next paint cycle.
Turns off frosted blur on this device. Profile & Look glass colors stay — only the expensive blur is dropped.

Profile & Look
Set how you appear on VidPlaza — name, wallpaper, thumbnail, and background. Saves sync to your account so Chrome, Edge, and phone browsers share the same look after you sign in.
1. Display Name
How others see you in live sessions, Square, and participant lists.
Save claims this name for you — others must pick a different one. We double-check availability before saving.
Changing your display name does not change your permanent @handler.

Permanent unique ID for friend requests. Cannot be changed yet.
2. Wallpaper
Upload a background image for this device. Upload again on each phone or tablet where you want it.
3. Thumbnail Photo
Shown in your video frame when your camera is off — especially useful in Square.
4. Background Color
Solid color behind the app when no wallpaper is set.
If you choose a wallpaper, the background color will not be visible behind it.
5. Glass cards
How frosted cards, Live banners, and Settings panels look over wallpaper. Use Dark or Default if text is hard to read.
Beta Privilege Notices
Personal messages from VidMaster about your beta privileges — access approvals, code renewals, and program updates. When your personal code expires or you need a replacement, send a request — VidMaster is notified in Beta Tester(s) Management.

Groups you created. Stage wallpaper / layout tools live under the group stage (admin Style · Wallpaper).

VidMaster accounts cannot block people or groups. Other members can leave your groups, but they cannot block you.
Live Session Preferences
Control camera behavior on refresh, feed destinations for recordings, and how you participate when a group admin starts a live session.
Off by default. When on, refresh or return to Square can turn the camera back on even if you turned it off earlier in the same visit.
On = save stage camera clips to Past Feeds automatically on any page (no Yes/No popup). Off = ask each time. Change anytime here under Live Session Preferences.

Multistream Destinations
Restream your Live group to connected platforms (for example YouTube, Facebook, or X) in one Go Live. 2 free destinations · paid extras only if you need more.
Note: when a connected platform receives the stream, that platform may keep its own archive — separate from Live Recording on VidPlaza. Use Multistream for the wider audience on those platforms; use Live Recording when you want a longer clip inside VidPlaza Past Feeds.

Off silences email, SMS, sound, flash, and nav pulses. In-app safety may still show.
In-app (VPL toast)
Email & SMS digests
Leave blank to use your account email. Alternate addresses will need verify when email is fully wired.
SMS costs money (carrier + provider like Twilio). Nothing is billed until we wire a paid SMS provider and you opt in. Prefer push when available.
Cadence applies to digests only — not “someone is calling now.”
Phone push (browser / small device)
When push fires: only for incoming Video Call / Message rings (and later digests), and only if master is On, this toggle is On, and the browser permission is Allow.
Desktop: Chrome/Edge/Firefox — tap Enable, choose Allow.
Small device / iPhone: add VidPlaza to Home Screen (Safari), open the icon (not a tab), then Enable (iOS 16.4+). Background delivery needs the Notification server slice; until then you still get the in-app ring + flash when VidPlaza is open.

Toggles and uploads auto-save on this device (no need to refresh). Soft = gentle full-app white wash. Hard = brighter/faster. Media = re-looping pop-up card. Max ringtone ~1.5 MB · media ~2.5 MB.
Spaces (nav button pulse)
Square blue: only if you stay opted into Square and this toggle is On and a friend is active on Square. Opted out → no blue pulse.
Group red: when a group you belong to goes Live and this toggle is On.
Pulse clears when you click that space button. Does not flood toasts.

VidMaster hub — review tester requests, exports, and your sign-in identity. Self-delete is disabled by design.
